Your information, in plain words.

What we collect

If you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address, the topic you chose, your message, the page you came from, and the country your request came from (as reported by Cloudflare). We do not store your IP address. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp we receive what you send. We do not ask you for anything else.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and to run the conversation or programme you asked about. We do not sell your information and we do not show advertising on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your request, and delete them within 24 months after the last contact. Ask us at any time to delete or correct what we hold about you.

Who handles it

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also stores form messages for us. A copy of each message is emailed to us through an email delivery service (Resend). Replies are sent from our own email. Other KnowledgeWala products have their own privacy pages.

Analytics

To understand which pages help people, this site uses Google Analytics, which counts visits and which pages are used. It does not run if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, and visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are used. We do not run advertising on this site.

Cookies

This site stores your reading choices (dark mode and text size) in your own browser so they are remembered. They never leave your device.
